Payments are processed securely in accordance with approved client terms. Orders are fulfilled following payment confirmation or pursuant to established contractual arrangements.
Orders are fulfilled through scheduled local delivery or arranged pickup, based on client agreement, location, and operational requirements.
Refunds are issued for unfulfilled or incorrectly fulfilled orders in accordance with agreed terms. Clients must contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a resolution.
